     Virginia Extreme FORCE cheerleading was formed to provide children of all ages a means to pursue competitive cheerleading in a non-selective environment. Any child, grade K-12, who becomes a part of our program participates without any try-out process. We uphold the highest standards of good sportsmanship and teamwork in a low-pressure environment, in which the most important expectations are for children to know within themselves that they are putting their best effort forward and to have fun.

     The mission of the directors, officers and coaches of Virginia Extreme FORCE is to provide an outstanding program at an affordable price while giving us an opportunity to help children achieve their best. Our objectives are to provide instruction in stunt and cheer techniques with an emphasis on safety. We hope to create new and lasting friendships not only amongst our participants and parents but with our competitors as well.
